Transparent pricing for our premium nanny placement and caregiver services.

Dear Clients,

Thank you for taking the time to consider us for your domestic care needs. There is a $50 deposit/retainer fee (or $125 with a copy of a background check) due at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

This retainer fee is non-refundable and is separate from the final referral/closing fee.

How to Pay Your Retainer Fee

Once you submit your application online, you will be redirected to Square for payment.

If you are unable to pay via Square or credit card, please contact us to arrange alternate payment methods.

What Is Included in This Retainer Fee:

In order for us to properly service your needs, there are certain steps that require time and effort on our end. A few of these include:

Job Ad Placement: Placing your job ad/description in our extensive nanny outreach network

Candidate Pre-screening: Pre-screening each and every candidate that inquires about your ad

Interview Coordination: Setting up phone and in-person appointments on your behalf to interview qualified candidates

Communication Liaison: Acting as a liaison between you and the nanny candidates

Full Support: Salary negotiation, post-hire follow-ups, and communication assistance

Process Streamlining: Streamlining the entire hiring process so that no time is wasted

Our job is to ensure that you receive the very best candidates to interview and choose from, and in order to provide that level of service, we require a $50 retainer fee (or $125 if requesting a copy of the candidate background check) before beginning the search on your behalf.

Important Notice

My Asian Nanny is a referral agency only. We are not the employer, co-employer, nor contractor of any nanny or domestic worker introduced through our service.

The client is solely responsible for hiring, employing, and managing their selected candidate, including conducting their own due diligence.

We exist solely to facilitate introductions between families and qualified caregivers.
